Product works great, no issues with it. Knocking off a star for the shipping. Free shipping was advertised as 5-7 business days with no tracking number. I placed my order on April 15th and did not receive it until May 4th. Without a tracking number, I had no idea what the status of the shipment was. Probably more of an issue with USPS rather than Addice, but a shipping number should be included in all shipping methods to relieve the anxiety of customers.
