Our processing hours are from 9am - 3:30 pm Pacific standard time Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Fridays after 2:30pm will be shipped the following Monday.

Q. What are my options if i have never received my package? 

A. Please contact our customer service email help@addiceinc.com especially if it has been longer than 30 days.

Q. Can i cancel my order while it is in transit? 

A. Unfortunately no, however US orders can use our free 30 day return service. International orders can return their orders before 30 days.

Q. How can i make an edit to my order/shipping address? 

A. You can visit your account page and either edit or cancel your order before it is fulfilled.
