Your purchase activities at AddiceInc.com are governed by (a) these Terms and Conditions of Sale set forth herein below and (b) other conditions, information, notice, contents and policy that are provided at this site or obtained in connection with this site regardless through linkage or not (“Additional Conditions”) ((a) and (b) above collectively hereunder, “this Agreement”).  Such purchase activities include any order, purchase, receipt, delivery or use of any product from AddiceInc.com.  When appropriate, these Terms and Conditions of Sale will supersede any conflicting or inconsistent Additional Conditions.  Further, these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Additional Conditions are subject to change by Addice Inc at any time without prior written notice at Addice Inc’s sole discretion.

1. The Website

All the text, images, graphics, logos, artwork and other content on this website is owned by Addice Inc., and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. No part of the website may be reproduced without Addice Inc.’s prior consent.

2. Secure Shopping at Addice Inc.

Shopping at Addice Inc. is completely safe and secure. Our secure server encrypts all information you give us, including your name, address and credit or debit card details, to ensure that this information can be safely transmitted through the internet without any other party being able to access it. Addice Inc. never passes any of your details on to any third party. Addice Inc. reserves the right to decline an order at our absolute discretion.

3. Prices

Addice Inc. reserves the right to change the prices of our products at any time and without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, all prices on our website are exclusive of VAT, delivery, insurance and installation. You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of ordering Goods are correct and should you be using a credit or debit card there must be sufficient funds to cover the cost of the Goods ordered. If the prices of our products change for any reason between the date we accept your order and the proposed delivery date, we will inform you and ask you to confirm by e-mail that the new price is acceptable. If it is not acceptable, you will of course be given the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

4. Order and Acceptance

Orders are not binding upon Addice Inc until accepted by Addice Inc. Addice Inc reserves the right to accept or reject any order and to verify any information provided in your order, including, but not limited to, contacting you via emails, phone, or facsimile based on the contact information you provided, or requesting further identification or credit information from you.  Notification of rejection will be via email to the email address you provided when submitting your order. We assume no responsibility for issues resulting from such rejection or e-mail notification failure.  Further, Addice Inc reserves the right to limit the quantity of any products that may be obtained by you through AddiceInc.com.  All products ordered from AddiceInc.com are subject to availability and if a shortage of any Product in Addice’s inventory exists, Addice reserves the right to allocate inventory of such Products among Addice’s customer orders for such products as Addice deems appropriate.  Shipping prices may vary to addresses outside US and Canada, or military base addresses. Please contact us using our contact form for details. Addice Inc does not ship to PO boxes.

This confirmatory e-mail shall contain information regarding the Goods ordered, the cost of those Goods and any other important information in our sole discretion we choose to provide. You must check the details contained in this e-mail, and we advise you to print and keep a copy of it. By placing your order with Addice Inc., you agree to buy the Goods ordered at the specified price. All our Goods are offered subject to availability. Occasionally some items may be replaced with a similar high quality product with the same value. Where the price of any Goods has increased between the time of your order and our acceptance of it or, if a delivery charge needs to be amended, we will email you to advise of the change. Your statutory rights are not affected.

5. Title

Risk of damage to or loss of items purchased from Addice Inc. passes to you at the time of delivery. You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full. Title of the goods shall pass to you at the time payment for the Goods is received by us in full and until such time all Goods remain the property of Addice Inc.

6. Warranties

Although Addice Inc. aims to provide our customers with high quality products and takes all reasonable steps to ensure you are pleased with your purchase, unless otherwise stated our products are covered only by the manufacturer’s guarantee.

7. Prices and Payment Terms

Advertised prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and handling charges and taxes unless otherwise noted.  Addice Inc. reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.  No price protection is offered (i.e. Should we lower the price of the product you purchased, you are not entitled to any refund or credit for the difference between the price you paid and the AddiceInc.com selling price.)  Payment must be received by Addice Inc prior to acceptance of your order.  By submitting your order for processing, you authorize Addice Inc to charge your order (including taxes, shipping, handling and any amounts described on AddiceInc.com before order submission) to your card.  If your card cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or canceled automatically.  You agree to update your card information to keep it current at all times and that we may submit charges for processing even if your card has expired.  You must resolve any problem before proceeding with your order.

Addice Inc. accepts payment using all major credit and debit cards.

8. Delivery

Free standard ground shipping to the continental U.S. is available on all products. Expedited shipping options can be chosen at checkout at additional cost.

Shipments are processed on business days (Monday through Friday) Pacific Time. Expedited shipments are only guaranteed to ship out on the day the order is placed if the order is placed before 12:00pm Pacific Time on Monday through Friday.

Free delivery and our standard delivery charges are only applicable to deliveries within the continental United States. Delivery is available outside of these areas but additional charges may apply. Please note that with all international shipments tracking info may be limited in detail as your shipment is relayed across multiple services. Unforeseen delays are also possible with international shipments, especially in going through customs. You may also be responsible for paying import duties or taxes on your order, which vary by country.  If you are unsure please contact us through our contact form before placing your order. Addice Inc. reserves the right to decline any order placed where additional delivery costs may apply.

We deliver the products you order to the address you specify for delivery. It is important that this address is accurate. Depending on products ordered and shipping method, some orders dispatched may require a signature on delivery, which will be indicated in your order confirmation e-mail. We will use all reasonable means to deliver the Goods by the delivery date stated, however, we cannot accept any liability in the event that the Goods are not delivered by the specified date. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the products once they have been delivered and signed for.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

If an order is processed in error, contact AddiceInc.com’s customer service immediately through this contact form. for instructions and from time to time, Addice may, in its sole discretion, accept product cancellation or modification request prior to the shipment of the products originally ordered.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with products purchased at AddiceInc.com, you may return the products according to the return policies below. This return policy is not a warranty.

All returned products require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Addice Inc. Please review all instructions below, then fill out our

returns form. You will receive a response after we review your request within 2 business days.

• Products returned must be received by Addice within 30 days from your invoice date
• The customer is responsible for sending the returned products to Addice, including costs of shipping
• Shipping fees are not refundable

Addice provides a 14-day refund or 30-day replacement warranty for all products with the following exceptions listed below:

1. Any product not purchased from AddiceInc.com
2. Any product that is no longer in brand new, unopened condition.
3. Any product that shows evidence of attempted tampering or modification
4. Any product that is returned to Addice without the original packaging, accessories, and all other items enclosed in the exact condition in which they were received.
5. Any products described as “not refundable”, “open-box”,  “refurbished” , “close-out” at time of purchase
6. Any product with a missing or altered serial number
7. Any product that exhibits physical damage either to the product itself or to the original packing material/accessories.

Please verify that your products are eligible for return before requesting an RMA number. Products not eligible for return will be shipped back to you.

All defective items will be tested by our RMA department. If the item is tested to not be in working condition, the RMA will be rejected and the item will be returned to you.

Membership at AddiceInc.com can be revoked at any time for any reason. Each accepted member is granted one, and only one, username. If you are caught using multiple usernames, you will be subject to immediate and permanent banning of all accounts involved.

By registering an account at AddiceInc.com and participating (including but not limited to submitting posts or private messages on AddiceInc.com), you hereby grant Addice Inc and our licensees, distributors, agents, representatives and other authorized users, a perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, fully-paid, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable (in whole or part) worldwide license under all copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, privacy and publicity rights and other intellectual property rights you own or control to use, reproduce, transmit, display, exhibit, distribute, index, comment on, modify, create derivative works based upon, perform and otherwise exploit the messages posted or private messages sent on Addice Inc, in whole or in part, in all media formats and channels now known or hereafter devised, for any and all purposes including entertainment, news, advertising, promotional, marketing, publicity, trade or commercial purposes, all without further notice to you, with or without attribution, and without the requirement of any permission from or payment to you or to any other person or entity.

Expected Behavior

The Addice Inc forum is a forum for holding civil discussion. Do not post disingenuously, or in an inflammatory manner for the sole purpose of upsetting others.

A. Language

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use Addice Inc to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person’s privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law. Sexual, racial, or ethnic slurs will not be tolerated in any form and are bannable on the first offense. It is recommended that profanity be held to a minimum in order to keep the level of discourse high, and profanity should not be used when addressing others. Though Addice Inc is an international forum, discussion is to be held in English unless otherwise designated.

B. Images

Images of a sexual or profane nature are discouraged. Images presenting exposed genitalia, bared buttocks, and/or female nipple/aureola are not allowed. Outside of this, common sense and a “safe-for-work” rule should be the primary considerations. Do not spam meme images or any other image macro. Avatar images should be static and entirely “G-rated” and family-friendly.

C. Copyrighted Material

Full transcriptions of articles and whole or partially-scanned images (e.g. magazine scans) are prohibited. Standard fair-use policies apply, and sources should always be attributed.

D. Self-Promotion and Spam

Do not create new threads promoting a product or service you have any involvement in, or paste PR materials for promotional purposes, or attempt to embed referral links in your posts to generate revenue. If an existing discussion is taking place directly involving something you are associated with, you may participate in order to answer questions, clarify details, and otherwise engage with the community, but as a person, not an advertisement.

III. Moderation Policy

A. Moderation of Addice Inc forum is not by democracy. All decisions with regards to thread closure and movement, permanent and temporary bans, membership, and any other relevant issues are made by the Addice Inc administration alone and are final. That being said, constructive criticisms and suggestions are welcome, provided they are directed to Addice Inc Administration via e-mail. Do not dispute administrative policy or action within the forum itself.

B. Considering the real-time nature of the Addice Inc forum, it is impossible for us to review messages or confirm the validity of information posted. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the contents of and are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of Addice Inc or any entity associated with it. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.

C. Although we cannot review every messages posted, and are not responsible for the content of any of these messages, we reserve the right to edit or delete any message for any reason. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold Addice Inc harmless with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).

D. We reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you), typically in (but not limited to) the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you.
